Delete account (Napolill app)

How to delete your account and associated app data. This page is also provided for store reviews (e.g. Google Play).

1) Delete directly in the app

You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete account.

Important

For security reasons, you may need to sign in again (e.g. Google sign-in or email/password) before deletion is completed.

2) Request deletion by email

If you can’t delete your account in the app, you can request deletion by email: privacy@napolill.com

Subject: Delete account – Napolill

Please include: the email address of your account (or whether you used Google/Apple) so we can identify your account.

3) What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is deleted (where applicable), for example:

  • Account/login data (technical account)
  • Cloud sync data (e.g. settings/progress, streaks, history)
  • Recordings/audio files stored in the cloud

Local data on your device can also be removed using in-app functions or by uninstalling the app.

4) Retention / exceptions

We generally delete personal app data once you start account deletion (in the app) or make a valid deletion request (by email).

If statutory retention obligations apply in individual cases, or if short-lived technical backups lag behind, data is retained only as long as necessary and then deleted.
