Affirmations A–Z
Short definitions of affirmations, levels, Solfeggio, streaks, and more—with links to go deeper.
- Affirmation
- Short, positively worded lines that steer attention and mindset in a helpful direction. They are not therapy, but can support new perspectives and habits.
- Level system
- Three stages (1–3) from more distant wording (e.g. third person) to personal “I” statements—so you start with lines that feel believable.
- Solfeggio
- Certain tone frequencies (e.g. 174 Hz, 528 Hz) optionally used as calm background behind affirmations. Evidence is debated—in Napolill they are optional.
- Solfeggio frequencies
- Overview of frequencies, use, and context. Try them in the app or browser.
- Streak
- Number of days in a row you used your affirmation routine. Makes continuity visible and supports habit building.
- Loop playback
- Affirmations play on repeat—including overnight—so repetition runs automatically.
- Mood tracking
- Logging mood (e.g. in a calendar) to spot patterns and pick themes or Solfeggio frequencies that fit.
- Implementation intention
- If–then plans that tie an action to a situation. Research links them to better goal follow-through—routines in the app mirror the idea.
